This website and shop are operated by Katie Conley Art. All artwork, designs, and products are created by Katie Conley and are protected under copyright. By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is for personal use only and not for reproduction or resale without written permission.

2. Products

Each product is described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing variations. Handmade and artistic elements may result in minor differences between items — we like to think of this as part of their charm!

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update product prices at any time.Payments are processed securely through the Squarespace platform and/or third-party payment processors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within two business days. Shipping costs and timelines are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of stationery and art products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

For digital downloads, you’ll receive a link after purchase. Digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or altered for commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, patterns, and images are the intellectual property of Katie Conley Art. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our work for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
