Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Katie Conley Art! We want you to feel confident and happy with your order. Below you’ll find details on how we ship and how we handle returns.
Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery: We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on the carrier and option selected at checkout.
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking info (if available) will be sent once your order ships.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but we’ll always do our best to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked “delivered,” we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit, contact us so we can help file a claim.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, and sale/clearance items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
