    Thank you for shopping with Katie Conley Art! I want you to feel confident and happy with your order. Below you’ll find details on how I ship and how I handle returns.

    Processing Time:

    Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days.

    Shipping Rates:

    Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

    Delivery:

    I currently ship within the United States. Delivery times depend on the carrier and option selected at checkout.

    Tracking:

    A confirmation email with tracking info (if available) will be sent once your order ships.

    Delays:

    I am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but I’ll always do my best to help.

    Lost or Stolen Packages:

    Once an order is marked “delivered,” I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit, contact me so I can help file a claim.

    Returns & Refunds Eligibility:

    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, and sale/clearance items.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll replace or refund promptly.

    Refunds:

    Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Return Shipping Costs:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. I cannot replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
